Quarantine workout # 6

1.

Roll out/ Drom

2.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

Squat Hold, 15 secs

20 Air Squats

Plank Hold, 15 secs

20 Push-ups

L Sit Hold, 15 secs (use a chair or 2 stools)

20 Dips (bench or chair)

3.

Death By" - Burpees : 2 reps + 2 reps / 1 min

With a continously running clock perform:

2 Burpees in the first 1 min

4 Burpees in the second 1 min

6 Burpees in the third 1 min

...

Continuing this for as long as you are able.
